This 2-day program is meant to introduce the attendee to the basics of business law.
Students will learn about the legal environment of business. They will explore issues
about the types of business organizations, issues in contract law, negotiable
instruments, employment law and e-commerce They will explore case studies of
companies that have dealt with these issues successfully .
