AMBRR-03-- THINKING STRATEGICALLY Program Description
This 2-day program is meant to introduce the attendee to the basics of strategic planning.
Students will explore and discuss case studies of organizational successes and failures
attributable to the underlying strategy and implementation methods. Students will learn
about traditional methods of strategic planning. Students will learn how to plan for success
when their companies are faced with issues of a strategic nature.
