AMBRR-02-- STRUCTURE-CULTURE Program Description

This 2-day program is meant to introduce the attendee to the basics of organizational structure,
and culture. Students will explore case studies of organizational successes and failures
attributable to the underlying structure and culture. Students will be exposed to the traditional roles
that a manager would have to play to be successful in an organization. Students will also develop
action plans to improve their effectiveness within the culture and structure of their organization
.
